" I've looked at life from both sides now"
- Joni Mitchell

I'd like to personally welcome you to the Wellness at Work web site. That's why two photos are necessary. The business side of me runs the business. The spiritual side works in the business as a nationally certified massage therapist who becomes each client's partner in wellness.

In order to help you understand my commitment to wellness, I'm going to share a very personal story. After working in employee benefits for 15 years as a communication consultant, I was on the fast track to success, financial security and a lifetime of stress and deadlines. During the height of that career, one of my corporate accounts demanded an impossible last minute change to a national communications project. Her promotion depended on it. She said she didn't care if I pulled out all of my hair in the process. I made the change. My client got the promotion. I won an award and then 50% of my hair fell out.

At that moment, I knew there had to be a better way. And thus began my journey to wellness. I changed my diet, my lifestyle and, after several years, my career. In 1994, I enrolled in the Wellness and Massage Training Institute with the goal of becoming a nationally certified massage therapist who could bring wellness to the workplace. If interested, you can read how Wellness at Work evolved in the About Us section.

For now, I'll say thanks for your interest. Whether you're an individual, a corporation or medical professional seeking our services, I promise you'll receive the very best we have to offer.
